1. Information Collection and Use

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal identifiers to use our mobile applications. We do not collect or store your name, physical address, or phone number through any of our games. Some of our apps include optional advertising and automatic crash reporting, described in the sections below, which may involve limited technical data collected by our third-party service providers.

2. Website Communications

If you contact us via the form on our website, we collect your name and email address solely for the purpose of responding to your specific inquiry. This data is processed securely via Formspree and is never used for marketing lists or sold to third parties.

3. Advertising

Some of our apps offer optional rewarded video ads—for example, watching an ad in exchange for extra in-game help. We use Google AdMob to serve these ads. To deliver and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and use technical data such as your device's advertising identifier, general device information, and approximate location; where you consent, this data may also be used to personalize the ads you see.

Where required by law (for example, in the EEA, UK, and certain US states), we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. 4. Analytics, Performance, and Crash Reporting

Our apps may use industry-standard analytical tools to collect anonymous, aggregated data. This information helps us understand gameplay patterns—such as which puzzles are too difficult—allowing us to improve the experience for all users.

Our apps also use Sentry to automatically report crashes and unexpected errors. When one occurs, technical diagnostic information—such as device model, operating system version, app version, and a stack trace describing the error—is sent to Sentry so we can identify and fix the underlying bug. 5. Data Storage and Portability

Game progress, high scores, and local settings are stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to this data on our servers. Please note that if you delete or uninstall the application, this local data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered by us.

6. Children's Privacy

Our applications are designed for a general audience and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
